Danco Comfort Services is a leading provider of heating and air conditioning solutions for the Waco area.  We pride ourselves on hiring the best in the industry to meet the high quality expectations we set for our customers.  We currently have an opening for a Service Manager in our Service Department.  The ideal candidate will have experience in the HVAC or similar trade industry, be forward thinking, a problem solver, and team builder.  If you are looking for a company where you can put your skills to use and be treated like more than just "a number" then we want to hear from you!
Primary Job Function: To manage the service operations of the company. This includes overseeing the daily dispatching, coaching, motivating of all needed efficiencies of the service technicians and overall department.  Other duties include improving customer relations, reviewing all billing, directing warranty claims, monthly meetings with the other managers in respect to department needs. Responsible for making sure all service techs are properly trained through lead tech program.  The Service Manager is expected to handle all aspects of the service department and to ensure its continued profitability and growth.
Work Hours: 7:30am to 5:30 pm, Monday through Friday, some weeknights and weekends
Pay scale: Be ready to discuss your skills, knowledge and experience.  Pay will be negotiated accordingly.

  • 3 + years management experience in a trade industry
  • Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
  • Familiarity with pricing, billing, and ability to understand financial reports
